Congratulations to Puff ‘N Fluff owner, Candice! She completed all the steps needed to be recognized as an International Certified Master Groomer by the International Professional Groomer Association. The way to master groomer is only taken by those who have dedicated themselves to constant growth and education within the grooming industry. That’s something to bark about! ??
